Not really you can ask if there's space available in a certain building. The permanent vendors get the first choice. 

You need to be here between 7 am to 8 am to set up. We provide the tables and it's $13 per table space. We like for everyone to stay at least until 4 pm. There are people that come later in the day and vendors say that's the time when they make good sales.
